Your calendar keeps the books.
This is where it all comes together: your bookkeeping is wired into the other apps in the suite. An invoice to a student in Teaching shows up in Money on its own, and so does a gig from your calendar. The books more or less keep themselves — so at tax time you're not painstakingly working out which receipt belonged to what.
Learn moreNo one has any plans for your data beyond keeping it safe for you. The servers are in the European Union, receipts and free-text notes are stored encrypted, and nothing you enter is shared with third parties or mined for advertising. You can export your data at any time and, if you change your mind, take all of it with you.

Questions
No. Each works on its own, and most people start with a single one. Add a second and the double entry disappears where they touch — but there's no obligation to use them all.
They draw on the same data. Every student, every gig, every date is stored exactly once, and each app sees what it needs. That's why a confirmed gig becomes income on its own, and a shared piece becomes practice material.
Yes — the apps work internationally in English. Money is the one exception: its tax logic currently covers Germany only. Everywhere else it captures your income and expenses cleanly, without country-specific rules, and support for more countries — each with its own tax law, and its own currency where that differs, like Switzerland — is added over time.
No, and that isn't its job. It prepares everything so your accountant can work with it directly. Unlike ordinary bookkeeping software it starts from the date, not the receipt: travel and expenses follow from a gig, instead of you entering them after the fact.
For Teaching and Practice, yes, while the closed beta runs — sign up and you'll get one as soon as a spot opens. For Money and Booking, joining the list is enough for now.
Getting started is free, with no expiry date and no credit card. Anything beyond that is paid; the exact prices are set at the beta launch.
